If the problem is skeletal body manipulators such as chiropractors and osteopaths may be needed. Dentists treat jaw misalignments which may interact with upper cervical misalignements. (Recent observations about cranial fluid dynamics, the possibility that cerebrospinal fluid build-up can "pressure" venous blood
circulation leading to a blood reflux implies that attention should be paid to
all aspects of brain physiology. In fact, before considering angioplasty, I
believe one should consult specialists in skeletal adjustment - chiropractors,
osteopaths, dentists - whose manipulations might release blocked blood/fluid
circulation from the head and spinal cord.

This is especially important if the MS develops after an accident. In such cases the problem does not reside IN the vein but
pressure ON the vein.)

There is yet another possibility which I didn't find out until about three months ago. More details later.

The national MS society says that there is no association:

http://www.nationalmssociety.org/about- ... index.aspx

There are some retrospective studies that suggest an association:

"36 patients (14.4%) had a history of trauma within the 3 months preceding the onset of their MS, compared with only 13 (5.2%) of the control subjects (χ2 = 11.3; df = 1; 0.001 < p < 0.01)."

Source: McAlpine in 1946

I guess from a theoretical perspective, trauma could cause microscopic injury to the blood-brain-barrier

I hope to prove that trauma can do much more than that.

you might find researching the work of Dr.Poser ,of great value. Sadly , this fine doctor is no longer alive. Much of his research and studies took place BEFORE the invent of the MRI.
Which at best , is only 95-98 % accurate. MRI'$ and le$ion count$ .... are money in the bank for Neurologi$t$.

When you research the association between Trauma & MS .... you will discover an alarming association of about - 6 % on average - of people that AFTER some traumatic event ..... go on to be diagnosed as having MS.

The NATIONAL average of people that have MS ..... is LESS than 1%.

Those numbers simply JUMP OFF THE PAGE . Proving TRAUMA >>> time >>>> MS .

However , we now know - thanks to Dr.Zamboni - it may not be MS .... it's CCSVI.

You have to do your homework , to understand it all.
