Hi,

I have progressive MS (i never relapse just gradually get worse),
But since starting 2mg LDN 2 years ago my symptoms have not progressed/got worse AT all!

My symptoms are mobility/bladder and they are in the exact same condition as they were 2 years ago, after starting LDN.

So i am curious if i have the stenosis, will the liberation treatment benefit me at all?

i have read that the liberation stops future prpgression, but i have already done this with LDN.
I also read it alliviates some symptoms, but are the improvements that great that it is sustainable and worth the costs?
My mobility is pretty bad so i would only have the treatment if it would improve my mobility?

I am not an expert but I think LDN does not address the primary cause of MS i.e. CCSVI. It is probably trying to compensate things artifically (though with excellent results). Please note that, in most of the LDN experiences, I have not read someone saying that they disease was reversed by LDN but liberation procedure does. If CCSVI is addressable and if it is addressed, we can only expect +ve changes. Also, there are people who have got liberated and continue to be on LDN.

At the end, I would like to give an example ...

One of the main causes of diabetes is genes. In the absence of ability to correct those defective, we use external compensation today. Sometime in future, when we can indeed correct the defective genes, we will go for gene therapy, right?
Same should be the case with CCSVI ...

I understand what you are saying, but i have read a hospitals website who does Liberation treatment, and it says it does not reverse the damage already done, but it prevents future damage.

Thats why om doubting it will be worth doing, LDN is doing what they say L.Treatment will do.

So why bother with the L.Treatment if taking one pill at night does the same job?

Are symptom improvements seen in ALL liberation treatment MS patients?

I think that the liberation treatment will stop the progression and possibly in time(not sure how long) can reverse the progression. Any drug will help as more of a band aid. Keep in mind I am no expert but this is so new no one is and expert. Trial and error. That's the stage we are in. Would someone mind either here or PM me about LDN. I know nothing.

AdamT-you know the thing that bothers me about LDN is that it is simply altering T cell ratios and I don't believe it does anything to stop you from accumulating iron if you are genetically programmed to load iron. I tried LDN first in 2002, it seemed to send my T cells in the wrong direction, in other words it elevates CD4's and wiped out the CD8. I tried it again last year, same result. I don't know why I had that reaction, maybe it is due to the amount of iron I've accumulated. But I cannot see LDN overriding genetics if you are an iron/hemochromatosis MS person.

All heavy metals alter T cell ratios... and they also alter what T cells respond to...
