Both internal jugular veins and both vertebral veins on right and left were examined
with patient subline and sitting.

Increased venous return was detected in the sitting position and the vertebral veins on both sides however, this was not persistent in the supine position.

The internal Jugular vein bilaterally demonstrated normal phasic signals.

Conclusion: NO EVIDENCE ( crossed out) of occlusive venous disease is demonstrated.

WHAT DOES ANYONE THINK OF THIS AND WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH IT ANY IDEAS PLEASE LET ME KNOW . MANY THANKS . CAROL[/b]
