MY HEALTH HISTORY AND CURRENT PROBLEMS :--

GENERAL GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION:
EDS

Altitude:
Diagnosed in Newcastle then after 5 years moved to Surrey, as far as I know the altitude differences are small. I seem to be better on holiday (near the coast) but that is probably due to being relaxed. I have worked in IT before and since being diagnosed.

MS treatments and results:
Im not sure I have ever had a relapse, I seem to very slowly become more effected. The neuro has said I am benign but that seems a bit of a misnomer as I am worse than I was 2, 3, 5 or 10 years ago.

EDSS before I.T. intervention (self-assesed): 2.5?? Sorry but not sure…

FSS before I.T. intervention:
I don’t really suffer with fatigue, I think.
MSIS before I.T. intervention:
43
Number of relapses since starting Inclined Therapy intervention:
Stiffness in the legs is a little better in the morning
EDSS as of this update (self-assessed) 2.5
FSS as of this update:
MSIS as of this update: 43

Update (6th WEEK) I.T. Tracking date:_
28/03/2010: Pretty much the same as the
second week, my back and legs aren't as stiff
in the morning and my hands and feet are marginally
not as cold, possibly. Also, difficult to sleep past 7
hours.
