Going to Poland on 19 April!

Hiya Everyone
I got a phone call from Katowice yesterday and they have offered me appointments w/c 19 April. I am obviously very pleased and excited about this because at last I can see an end to something that has been giving me ill-health for the past 20 years.
But my cynical side is now being really silly and questioning if this is all a con - the scans that we see are not really ours and they say that they do angioplasty etc but how do we know what they are doing?
Please help me get this all into perspective again so that I can look forward to the liberation procedure without all these doubts in my mind. Thanks!

IF IT IS A CON IT WOULD BE THE MOST FANTASTIC SCAM EVER DONE.
DR SIMKA SEEMS TO BE A VERY GENUINE CARING PERSON, HE HAS DONE LECTURES ALL OVER THE WORLD.
WE ARE GOING TO BE IN POLAND ON THE SAME DATES, SO HOPEFULLY WE CAN GET TOGETHER
SO IF IT IS A SCAM, WHICH I AM 150% SURE IT IS NOT... YOU WON'T BE ALONE, WE HAVE ALREADY PAID AND WE ARE PUTTING OUR FAITH IN THIS.
THERE HAVE BEEN TOO MANY NEWS REPORTS WITH VIDEO OF THIS ALSO DR SIMKA DOES THE DOPPLER ULTRASOUND WITH YOU AND SHOWS YOU EVERYTHING...

THANKS MATHD. DON'T WORRY I WILL MY HUBBY'S TAKING MY LAPTOP TO POLAND. I USED TO LIVE IN OTTAWA NEARLY NEIGHBOURS.

ME NEITHER. I HAVE PAID ANYWAY. WHEN I DID IT I SORT OF FREAKED BECAUSE I THEN KNEW IT WAS DEFINITE. OH WELL FLIGHTS ARE BOOKED AS WELL.

LOL livabird........I like the finality of finally booking your flights being the cruncher for anxiety and not backing out!!!
My husband and I were talking about Poland last night (I'm on a 2011 waitlist) and I was saying "How in the hell do even attempt a journey like that? The flights? The Hotel Room? the language-barrier? I'm gonna have to get someone else to do all that!!!"
Is it kind of like a blind-faith thing, isn't it? Did you both just get a date and then what?....yikes...now I'm freaking out!!!!

CALMDOWN VILLAGEMAID. MY HUSBAND PLAYS THE BAG PIPES NEAT'
POLAND IS GOOD COS OTHER THAN FLIGHTS IT IS ALL INCLUSIVE. THEY EVEN PICK YOU UP FROM AIRPORT AND FERRY YOU AROUND. I AM JUST WAY SQUEAMY I AM NOT REALLY SLEEPING ANYMORE. NOT GOOD FOR SYMPTOMS. WE USED TO LIVE IN OTTAWA.
