Fysiotherapy testing before Liberation Treatment and follow

Hi all,
My fysiotherapist is advising everyone who is about to undergo the Liberation Treatment, to ask their own fysio to do a so called 0-measurement.
Then, when you had the liberation treatment, it is easy to do a monthly follow up on the same tests. With this, an objective scale is used to establish improvements after the procedure.
I am "scored"completely, and ready set go for Poland!
This is the tests she uses, and which every fysiotherapist worldwide will know what to do with.
These are the tests:
- Berg Balance Scale
- 2 minute timed walking test (depending from the walking ability from the patient you could also prefer the 6 minute timed walking test)
- Nothingham extended ADL
- 10 metres timed walking test
- Functional ambulation categories
- Timed –up and go test
- Action Research arm test
- Sit to stand
- Motricity index or hand held dynamometry
This is my tip of the day.
Regards,
Inge
