Thanks for pointing these out. Have to say listening to JM was a yawn, waste of time. He thinks Crabs are proven therapies? Proven not to do much??
It went on too long, and the interviewer wasn't hard enough on him, she seemed nervous with a giggle at times. They needed someone to call him on what he was saying, not just listen to it.

I have to say that I agree with most of what the doctor said. We need proof that this procedure will be of benefit before shouting from the rooftops. Of course we all want this to be "it", but we aren't nearly even close to being able confidently state that.

What really grinds my gears is the use of Zamboni's research to state that there is no benefit for PPMS, SPMS, and RRMS w/ restenosed veins, while at the same time giving no validity to the positive results from his research because it was not double-blind... quite contradictory IMHO.

when the say 'we know already that this is not for everybody' they are giving buffalo way too much credit. I've come to think that they were just incompetent in the imaging they did.

Check out Evan Thornton's blog (http://evanthornton.wordpress.com) for a link to his interview on CBC. The National CBC has more coverage tonight, and tomorrow Dr. Zamboni will be interviewed.
