Crap, there's no such thing as CCSVI after all? Weird. I wonder then what those things are on my venography that look like stenoses in my jugulars and collateral veins all over the place.

Well, that's good to know a week after my wife was treated for CCSVI at one of the top hospitals in the country (in my opinion).

I guess the improvements she's seen are a result of nothing being done in her veins - just the joke's on us.

I wonder what all those pictures we have are too then? Probably some mouse's veins ... i'll bet that mouse responds to immunosuppressant drugs that work on those mice, too (or maybe stem-cells).

differences,

the vascular techs that have bothered to travel and train under the
doctorates would probably have something to add to the discussion,
I wish we could hear from them

i.e. 350 plus scans done at the clinic I go to and they see it in approximately 90pc of the ms patients

Our argument must be simple:
I have restricted major veins as shown by Selective Venography, I demand that they be treated by Balloon Venoplasty. Please find a Vascular Specialist who says 'restricted veins are beneficial to the human body' if you wish to deny my right to self funded investigation and treatment.

Try not to get angry with these closed minded people, attack them for denying you your human rights. Forget the science just demand un-restricted major veins and now.

This is what needs to be said by patients, and accepted by the medical community, take MS out of the equation for now. The few studies that have been performed, have shown that jugular/azygous vein stenosis is more common in MS patients than healthy people. It never should have been mentioned that this procedure was a cure or the cause of MS.

If internal jugular vein stenosis does not cause serious health issues, why would doctors even bother wasting time ballooning the jugular veins of affected dialysis patients?

My understanding is they balloon it because they require continued access to the jugular for further dialysis treatments.
