When did improvements start after liberation?

While we'd all like to know that we can dance our way out of the hospital the day of the procedure, that's not always the case.
If you've been liberated, could you give us a description of how long it took to see improvements and what kinds of changes you saw? And maybe we could try and match them to where blockages that were fixed were?
