I'm not sure about correlation between lesion location and walking.
I have a single lesion on c-spine, multiple on brain, with severe atrophy.
Cannot stand independently, hence cannot walk. Cog/fog is extreme, as is fatigue.

3 things need to happen:

1. There needs to be a registry.

2. There needs to be an accreditation by a respected school. Some doctors we know are already accredited.

3. Before receiving the accreditation surgeons must have assisted in some Liberations.

About 1/3 see no improvement at all?
