CMA: Health Care Should Be Enshrined in Patient Charter

Well, the same Canadian Medical Association whose Journal a few weeks ago was saying science, not hope or politics, should drive the health care agenda in Canada is now calling for a charter for patients.
Their proposal recommends a "culture of patient-centered care, including the creation of a charter that would enshrine the rights of patients," along with other access to health care such as prescription medicaltions.
Yet, we are being denied our right to be treated for a vascular problem by a vascular specialist. Hmmm....
