Liberated!!! Things went well. There were 3 narrowed areas. 2 on the right high and low and 1 low on the left.
No blockages on the Azygos.

here i am a few weeks after.
i haven't felt this amazing in about 5 years.
my ms is still present and haven't noticed any changes, but i FEEL great.
the last thing i want to do is play into the placebo effect, but i really can't ignore these feelings.
my body feels more acute.
getting up in the am is no longer a struggle. i get up and am ready to go.
we'll see how things go over the next little while.

kiwee,

This is good. Since you say you have not noticed any changes, I am wondering if changes you describe would mean that fatigue is gone. Who knows fatigue might be directly associated with reduced blood flow which has been taken care now. Hopefully, fMRI will become standard test in future and we can put to rest the placebo effect ...

^^^^^^^ agreed.
i have felt the 'brain fog' prior, but it seems as though that is also making it's way out.
the one thing i can hang my hat on right now is that i have a pretty nasty cold right now and that would have knocked me on my butt before, but now, even wih limited sleep, am doing really well.
the other hings i have decided to do are as follows;
- limit sugar intake
- limit my coffee
- been in touch with irishbear76 from youtube and watched his latest vid on blood thinning, vein health, vasodilators, the pineal gland, etc so with the help of my naturopath, i got started on a series of supps to help maintain what i had just accomplished in india and the things irishbear listed in his video.

going to see my neuro today.
he has been really supportive so i am pretty anxious to tell him all about it and go through all of my pre/post treatment reports.
problem is i don't have any significant changes to report other than feeling really good.
other things of note; my weight training workouts have been pretty good as of late almost scarey.
all of my exercises have gone up in the amount i can lift by an average of 40%. that is pretty substantial for me as i was pigeon holed for quite some time. i take training very seriously and cannot attribute this to a placebo effect.
btw, reply if you are reading this. i don't see a lot of feedback........ just want to make sure.
thanks guys!

ie, all of my ms symptoms are still present.
- weakness in legs (still walking but limited) unassisted
- constant tingling in hands and feet
- optic neuritis
- poor bladder control
- constant fatigue
- the 'fog'
- forgetfulness
- do a lot of word searching
- leg spasms
- shaking in my left hand when doing fine movements.
