The University of Saskatchewan says they're ready to fast track a double blind clinical trial thanks to the recent announcement of funding by that province's Premier earlier this month. It appears University of British Columbia may also be involved. The team, including an interventional radiologist is in place, but it could still be next year before it gets off the ground. Here is a link to an article.

I like the concluding words of a report from the university's Cameco MS Neuroscience Research Centre: "If ever there were a time and a place to declare, clearly and confidently, that a breakthrough in MS has been achieved, now is the time--and Saskatchewan is the place."
