Hello,

I am preparing an investigative TV story about canadians going overseas to seek surgery for CCSVI. I am looking for any available info about it.

- Where do canadians go? I heard about Poland, India, Bulgaria, US sometimes (only for clinical trials?), Costa Rica, Italy. What other destinations?

- What is the cost range for the surgery? (10 000 CAN$ in Poland, 5600 US$ in India. How much elsewhere?)

- How many canadians have been treated? It's hard to get an answer. Do you know of anybody who has started a count of it?
