worried about the Buffallo studies....

I am delighted that at LAST this kind of study is taking place, but I am worried it will be determined to be invalid after a year. We all know the results of the very first Buffalo study were somewhat underwhelming and have been roundly criticized (mostly by us) because their methods of assessing CCSVI differed too much from Zamboni's, so of course they did not get the same results. (Interesting, though, that even a flawed study showed twice as many MS's as controls had CCSVI...)

Does anyone know enough about this study to reassure me that its results will be conclusive?
