Finally after months of waiting (after a year of waiting before that and then not havng the money when an appt came up) i'm being booked in for October.

I've stuck with Euromedic purely because i'm tending to veer towards the more experience the better. BUT i'm aware this may not be the whole answer.

I'm noticing more and more people restenosing quickly after originally visiting Katowice, or believing that the clinic has missed things that should have been checked, and choosing to go elsewhere for a follow up (and seemingly being more thoroughly treated)
Are Euromedic now bending to agree to check the azygous finally? Or the iliac?

As with a lot of people, I cannot come by this money easily as I haven't been able to work for 10 years. I know it's a personal judgement call but does anyone have a strong feeling for or against Euromedic in the thoroughness stakes?
And is there another clinic without a heinous wait list that you may deem consistently more thorough and experienced?

I'm querying this, obviously, as i'll be handing over £6k of over-borrowed money in the next few weeks and just need to hear arguments for or against to help me settle my mind before I do it. Thank you all xx

hi, and here's my bend, remember it's only mine.
I went twice... the restenosis rate is 47%( a Zamboni finding), and they've been around since the beginning of this whole thing so maybe it's just that.

at anyrate, emailed dr. simka before the second time i went to ask him to specifically ck my azyos vein, and he also checked my iliac vein because he noticed my feet were swollen. he also went in on my left side due to the iliac thing. i have nothing but kudos for he team, and they keep changing their package to include more cks., like the dobbler after.

before you do make a final choice, ck out bulgaria (up to 70 pgs now). I'm for Europe because they were trained by someone who was trained by Zamboni.

All in all, I'm very satisfied with their professionalism and level of concern to do their best for their patients.

Thanks for that Esta, so i'd need to ask them before I go to get them to check azygous and iliac. I'd rather they went from the left in one way, because it is the best side to spot MT (isn't it?) but on the flipside I have always known that I have a faulty valve in my groin on the left so I guess maybe best left alone. I have no idea!

they automatically ck the azygos, not the iliac. tell them about the lefty valve thing for sure. my ankles were swollen, is why he ckd my iliac.

I was wondering whether to mention the groin valve problem, ok definitely will do. My legs and groin have been problematic and painful since I was about 12, yet the docs maintain it's all fine. Duh.
Wasn't sure whether it would have any relevancy on what they do with regards this TBH, but yes definitely will do - thank you x
