Liberation and low sodium/pottasium

Hi,
after having further ballooning on Friday I had benefits Sat/Sun morning. Definitely 'looser' which made my walking better. I was very excited. Today its all gone and I've been wondering......
The bloods I had taken here show to be very low (although not dangerously) in sodium and potassium. Borderline really. Then I thought about the sodium chloride they pump you with throughout the day.
Obviously, Na and K are important electrolytes for cell function and I'm wondering if the extra sodium gave me that lift straight after the op?
These are very amateur musings so your point of views would be welcome..
Thanks
Claire
