Allergy to Metals

One curiosity, how many of us have or had allergy to metals (like earings, etc)???
I am one of them.
Could have a relation with the iron in the brain??

I can only remember this being talked about in the forum back when people were saying, before getting metal stents put in, you should be tested for a metal allergy.
