Personal experience:

MRV - one radiologist says it may show something, but unsure.
two other radiologists say veins are patent.

Where have they shared these, and what are those clinical observations?

Dr. Sinan's speech at the July symposium; Dr. Sclafani's entire thread and everything in it; Dr. Haacke's recent presentation pdf; Dr. Siskin's expectation-moderating statement that a third of his patients do not see improvements; a paper coming out from Dr. Siskin (or is it another doc?) showing that stent migration has not been a risk in his use of stents; Dr. Simka and Dr. Gilhooly's speeches at the Glasglow conference; Dr. Dake's speech at the roundtable in Albany; Dr. Sclafani's paper in Endovascular Today; et cetera.

I am an unhealthy skeptic. I cannot see the improvements I want to see. All I have is the anecdotal impressions I have been told about by other people. See, I see me in the mirror every day, and from my perspective it seems there is not much difference. So I go to this group meeting that I attend every month. Because attendance is spotty, I often see people there I have not seen for quite a while. *Those* people make me walk on air, because *they* can see what I can't. Like the person I know who claims to be able to tell you have been liberated, by the change in your complexion. They say I have changed. That they hear it in my voice. They tell me I seem to be more lucid. All I can see is that I'm playing the piano better.

If it's placebo, at least it makes an interesting meeting.
