Here is what I got, but I got it from PI so I would think they have it. After all they do billing daily.

Caveat: If you are going to be treated at PI, please have good follow up care lined up. I have had terrible, terrible luck with them.

MRVCODES:
MRV Chest 71555
MRV Head 70546
MRV Neck 70549

PROCEDURE CODES:
Venogram: 36011,76937,75825,75820,37250,35476,37205
Angiogram w/ Angioplasty: 36247, 75630,75710,35470,37205
We are seeing patient to rule out vein compression, stenosis, venous insufficiency.

Possible Diagnosis codes:
780.71 Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
459.2 Vein Compression
459.81 Venous Insufficiency
784.0 Headaches
... 780.71 Chronic Fatigue Snydrome
729.81 Swelling of limb(s)
784.2 Swelling of Head & Neck
780.4 Dizziness/ Vertigo Nos
V331.83 Mild Cognitive Impairment
729.5 Pain in limb(s)

Thank you fogdweller!

Are you joking or a troll? Obviously the doctors provide the codes not the patient, we are not physicians and it sounds like you are not a patient, perhaps you work for a physician or an insurance company. No physician would ask for procedure codes before seeing a patient.

Good point, newveins.

Jaykene, what dr. are you seeing? Please let us know why you needed this info. If not, please stop posting on a seit that is dedicated to the exchange of real, trustworthy information.

How RUDE you all are. PI's office staff gave me that as an excuse as to why they were not able to Bill Medicare....because they were not sure as to the correct billable codes to use. I hardly think that I'm a "troll" for seeking codes that others used....GET A LIFE. And Thank you to the lovely person who gave them to me.

Thank you for these diagnoses and codes.

Several of us are wondering similarly.

I think coding has changed (it's 7 years later, now), but this is something to start with.
