In a conversation with my MN IR, Dr. Cumming, he expressed that CCSVI treatment seems to be being held to a higher standard or requirement than other surgical techniques being explored and that isn't right, it should be held to the same standards as anything else.

I don't think I can do justice by what he said any more than I already have; he talked about this twice but I was fairly distracted by whether or not I'd be getting diagnosed with CCSVI, I didn't take everything in.

It was part of a conversation about hospital permission and IRBs; I reacted with proper horror at the thought of an IRB, as you can imagine.
