Weight training and veins

Some time ago I was interested of valsalva maneuver and I red papers about subject. I got the main points about what happens in veins during maneuver.. for example normally IJV:s are collapsed when standing, but they open during valsalva maneuver - big pressure opens the IJV:s.

Exactly same thing but maybe stronger pressure happens during weight training / bodybuilding movements.. and I began to think that is it possible that weight training with good breathing might do good for venous insufficiency. I got more gas, when I heard that some people with MS feel very good after weight training? Is it possible that effective exercise, might widen / open the narrowed vein?

So, does this make any sense -- does it sound silly?

ps. I am truly sport believer, love to exercise :)

I don't think it is a good idea in a general case. Maybe you will open a stenosed vein, but you can also damage a half-broken valve!!!

Valsalva is normal thing when exercising with weights. For example doing squats you do valsalva naturally. This means that there will be quite a pressure in jugulars (and other veins) - which opens / widens them.

There are some studies with doing resistance training with multiple sclerosis, for example this one quite new:
Fatigue, mood and quality of life improve in MS patients after progressive resistance training
--> weight training has positive effect with fatique. And there is study which conclusion is that "is fatique symptom of CCSVI?". So is there any chance that weitght training has positive effects cause it has effects to veins and circulation?

We made some interesting test yesterday at home. My wife had very warm hands and feet many hours after her first weight training. Before that her hands and feet have been cold over a week now. (we have suspected possible re-stenosis now). This is interesting, really.
