Depending on your location; I would consider Belgium with Dr. Roel Beelen

I have bad veins, so have issues again, but my experience at Tokuda Hospital in Sophia, Bulgaria was good. I was feeling terrible at the time so didn't ask any questions or talk to the doctors like I should have; it was tough for me knowing that English was their second language. I am in the US, so will have it done here for my 2nd try. If you would feel fine with the language issue, that was my only problem... and the fact that food was cold when it got to me at the hospital. I hope your decision process goes well.

I was happy with my treatment in Bulgaria. Tokuda Hospital in Sofia (capital city) has a website with information. I know personally three other people who were very happy with their treatment there.

The center in Varna (seaside) was opened more recently. Have not heard any reports on the Varna location. There is no way they have treated near as many people as Sofia has.
