Hi Seeva

The Alfred hospital trial (Melbourne) has just been approved. Procedures are free at this public hospital. Also, there are other IR's offering this service in Melbourne. Queensland, South Australia, and Western Australia also have specialists offering this treatment. There is certainly no need to go outside Australia to access treatment at this stage.

For updates - just keep an eye on the CCSVI Australia FaceBook page

According to Dr Lourens Bester, St Vincents will be offering the treatment again soon.

I had my venogram at The Alfred (March 2010), before anyone even thought of trialling this!
