At what point is it too much? Do they just keep counting, or is there going to be action? I feel like it's accelerating. But maybe that's just my perception. I should look for facts.

It seems reasonable to assume that the number of PML cases due to Tysabri exposure are accelerating with the greater length of time patients are on the drug.

Has anyone proposed a quick trial comparing CCSVI treatment to Tysabri? Of course, the Tysabri group would be comprised of those just starting or already on the drug....I don't know.

95 infected with PML and 20 dead from Tysabri....that's crazy.

please be kind, scorpion....

It is reasonable to contrast the risks of CCSVI treatment with the risks of MS treatments on the market. PML is horrific.

Tysabri and PML are one way to look at this disease that we are up against and know what trade-offs we must choose. Getting acquainted with the upper EDSS levels are another way to see the horror of this disease.

they know how desparate we all are to get relief. that is what i picked up on when the mainstream referred to ccsvi.

and yes, i am desparate i would say. BUT, i feel the ones responsible for peddling tysabri and some of the other worthless dangerous drugs that God only knows what damage it has done and is doing to the good parts of our body we have left. these peddlers i feel have no conscience. their conscience is made of the almighty $$$$!

we know ccsvi is not without risk but at least we now know the risks. i feel that oneday soon i hope those risks will become very minimal.

for those that get help from ccsvi at least they would have a functioning liver or kidney or even brain. and for those of us who tried ccsvi and it did not help "at this time" although the clotting factor is nothing to poo poo
and can be a biggie--at least the side effects are limited to the veins and
i'm thinking they will be coming up with better ways soon.

i'd bank on it that the doctors will be coming up with ways to replace and fix our veins way before the doctors figure out how to fix our replace our brains---especially when destroyed by TYSABRI OR OTHER DRUGS--don't look like they're doing too hot with that.

wow, how sad, that this is happening to innocent suffering people my heart truly goes out to them and their families.
