Thanks for posting this Cece. I cross posted it on Facebook urging people to RSVP quickly. There's only room for 150.

There's also reasonable parking (by NY standards) within a few blocks of the hotel for those who can walk a little. The lots are on 40th street between 7th and 8th Ave and on top of Port Authority.

To be clear, patients only attend on Friday, correct? The other days are physicians only?

I wish I could attend. It sounds wonderful, but it is too expensive for us. However...a skype or other web deal would be the next best thing to being there in person.

Will Dr. Zamboni make an appearance on patient's day?

I hope someone addresses the issue of occluded stents. I am in a pickle with an occluded stent high up in my left IJV. The other issue that must be addressed is patient follow-up. If I had been followed up sooner my left IJV stent may have been saved,

I sure wish I could be at "patient's day". But here I am stuck in the middle of the country. Good luck and thank you for all you have done, Dr S.

What I am really meaning to ask is... are Sat/Sun for Doctors only? or can patients sit in to listen?

many patients have asked for this opportunity.

I felt that it would be important that we maximize the opportunity for health care providers to enroll into our limited space.

if we do not meet our planned professional enrollment we will offer some seats to patients.

However because our budget needs maximum professional enrollment to limit the financial losses, any patient who is invited, will have to pay the professional fees.

tomorrow i will know more about how patients can get on a waiting list for this opportunity
