David Sperling is part of Columbia Endovascular Associates and is under the Hubbard Foundation IRB. Here is his info, Seeva:

link to Dr. Sperling's info

-but I want to advise you to stay close to home, and perhaps New York is too far a distance, Seeva. CCSVI Alliance is advising patients to work with local doctors, not to travel for treatment, and to participate in trials, whenever possible. This is because you need an ongoing relationship with your IR...just as if you were under the care of a cardiologist. Angioplasty is often not a one time treatment, and follow-up care is essential.

things seem pretty illegal in australia at this time
possibly private quiet for fee treatments, none of well known docs are still treating and are apparently under siege from what i gather.
