I make my own (much less expensive then paying $$$ retail), and have had great luck in treating virus and bacteria infections.

Taken at the first hint of a cold, the symptoms are greatly reduced in severity and the cold cycle finishes sooner. My relatives and friends were extremely skeptical-until they get deathly sick and ask for some "silver water." After being helped, they don't hesitate to ask for more the next time they get sick.

My experiences only; your mileage may vary.

ETA: I have found the required effective dosage much higher then most retail outlets recommend; like 3 large glasses per day not teaspoons.

Hi Donnchadh,

I did many years ago and took the cleanest version there was (at great expense), it did nothing, sadly :cry:
Your comment about the "cleanest version" confuses me-I have never heard any talk about that. Usually the claims involves whether to use AC or DC current to produce the Colloidal Silver, and most importantly how small are the suspended silver particles.

i agree re fish by the way - i had psoriasis for decades until i fixed up all this nutrition and went to town on extra strength fish oil. i am not sure what the final magic last straw was but all of a sudden it's just ... gone (eeeee!!). and getting serious about fish oil is the only real change i can think of lately.
My younger brother suffers from psoriasis, and his doctor says that it is "an auto-immune disorder." He would like to know actually what kind of fish oil you recommend and the quantity to take.

Honestly it was so long ago I can't remember exactly, save that I did a lot of reading and research on it and went for the (at the time as far as understanding on it was) alleged right type.
Ordered from America in the end I think.
I do remember that it wasn't just a case of taking the colloidal silver, there were other complimentary things too that had to be taken alongside it. Again though, I can't remember what.

@donnchadh

keep in mind i am five years into my personal nutritional balancing act, and the fish oil came last on top of the multi-vitamin and everything else.

i also think my efforts to maintain an anti-inflammatory diet are key elements for success. using Inflammation Factor ratings, people with auto-immune issues need to aim for a daily score of +200. you can find ratings for different foods by serving size at www.nutritiondata.com

i noticed the first improvement in my skin after figuring out my zinc problem.

there were still lingering patches, and i did have fish oil in the mix all along, i would just never remember because i keep the fish oil in the fridge. i got determined about the fish oil finally, and made sure to take at least one extra strength gelcap each day. each one has 1000mg fish oil concentrate (from anchovy and sardines) - that contains 400mg EPA and 200mg DHA.

hth! :)
