Garcia's case was the first of 120 of such procedures for Arslan. Venoplasty is not a cure, but he said 70 to 80 percent of his MS patients who get the CCSVI procedure show improvement after treatment.
I know I said this recently before, but while venoplasty is not a cure for MS, I'd say it may be a cure for CCSVI. If you do venoplasty and stenting in May Thurner, is that not considered a cure for May Thurner? If you do venoplasty in Budd Chiari, is that not considered a cure for Budd Chiari? I understand downplaying this and it is heartbreaking if expectations are high and then do not come to pass, but I also want to give credit where credit is due.

Anyway, the video is great, it's on ABC, maybe it will get picked up by more stations. If seeing is believing, you can see the improvements in Barbara Garcia from the walker at the beginning to walking at the end.
