CCSVI procedure 11/8/10 with Dr. Siskin

Doctor Sclafani,
Can you help an "old lady" (60) with getting some answers after having MS symptoms since 1972? It started off as RRMS but went to SPMS in 1998. I had an ultrasound at Rochester General Hospital (RGH) in NY July 2010. Dr. Siskin performed CCSVI procedure at the Albany Hospital (covered by Medicaid) the following November.
It was noted that he could not open the upper LIJV due to possible vertebral compression. The Upright Doc at ThisIsMS suggested, I obtain treatment by a NUCCA certified chiropractor in Rochester (February). However, ultrasound in March at RGH showed slow blood flow was still present. I tried to get a Rochester radiologist to order a MRV, but I was referred back to Albany. Dr. Siskin would not order it because he did not feel it was necessary because I had no blockages below the head which is where he limits his procedure.
My question: Would you be so kind as to view my procedure CD because another radiologist (out west) saw it and remarked I have a number of anomalies. "Brain veins" have collaterals and are over the front of my face area. Granted, I understand it's what collaterals are supposed to do, but my double vision which started in 2008 has gotten worse where in the past 16 months I went from a #3 prism to a #12.
COULD DOUBLE VISION BE DUE TO THOSE COLLATERALS?
I need an address to send the CD, if you would be so kind.
