...where are the collars?

As I understand it, there are collars available now that can provide objective, non-invasive measurements of blood flow. I thought I read that when people without MS sit up, blood drains much more slowly out of the head than it does for people without MS, as measured by these collars. If so, it seems a study using these collars could prove the legitimacy of CCSVI once and for all.

But, AFAIK, no one is using these collars in a current study.

Anyone know more?

Dr. Simka is doing a study comparing doppler sonography, MRV, and plethysmography neck collars. Can't wait to hear if plethysmography is a useful tool.

The study began in August. Maybe he'll present on it at the next ISNVD in February? Or is that too soon?
