endothelium inflammation anesthetics

Find myself unwilling to undergo the procedure for concerns of becoming worse, even though my brain power is lessening.

Looking for fresh ways or ideas to anesthetize our biggest and most rambunctious organ.

With Cheer's and other protocols included, what additional prime elements and supplements should/could be in place before and after CCSVI procedure to becalm the endothelium to ensure that it stays that way. How about treating the endo's main upstream entities too.

Since it thrives on deep green veggie nutrition, would intense press-juicing be at the forefront. What about muscle relaxants, antibiotics (bit scary), increase blood volume pressure, similar to pregnancies (afterwards), Even (gulp) steroids. Extended twilight anesthetic therapy. There must be a "just right" strategy or strategies to insure the endo's obvious need for a longer recovery period.

What would you do, if you had to do it all over again?

There was the idea of lying down for up to a week post-procedure, to keep the jugular walls from touching each other during the early healing. Exercise and diet are good for blood flow and the endothelium. An antiplatelet like aspirin started one week prior to the procedure is an idea, as long as the IR okays it. The use of IVUS during the procedure would also lead to more accurate sizing of balloons and treatment, improving safety that way. Intense press-juicing might not be the best if it affects the clotting of the blood, due to the vitamin K in dark leafies. Fish with their omega 3s might be better.

I'd do most things the same, if I had it to do again, which is quite possible, since the durability of the procedure is not 100%....
