A good day

normally for my partner, making lunch, a couple hours on the computer, and a phone call to Mom is about the end of her energy reserves (computers and Mom equals stress)

yesterday included all that plus 4 big loads of laundry (okay i picked up the last load from dryer) plus she cleaned the kitchen top to bottom.

i was very impressed so i joked "is that all?"

"oh yeah, i also exercised for the first time in 20 years." she did 20 touch your toes. she said she could have gone further but her back hurt and she didn't want to overdue it.

yes indeed a good day.

but wait, there is still more. all this and she has been without her wake-up pills (Alertec) for over a week plus she has been fighting a cold.

thank you Dr S and jimmylegs and the rest of TIMS. you have made a difference that cannot be measured on some EDSS scale but can only be measured by a young lady's smile

And multiply that by all the other young women, and men, and young-at-hearts out there who stand to benefit as well.
Congrats to her and many more good days ahead.

That's great news Doug. I hope she continues to improve day by day.
