If you have a lot of nerve damage, it will take a while to heal. I have always thought that a lot of the instant recoveries from CCSVI was due to the resolution of some problem other than MS. Well today I was out in the backyard trying to dig a ditch for the sprinkler system. Not having much luck since I'm running into roots. It is 90 degrees outside! I would not have thought I could work at all in that kind of heat... but I am. Is it the procedure or just stubborness? I don't know. I've never really had extreme heat sensitivity but 90 degrees is getting a little crazy for a 63 year old geezer ...with or without MS. Finally decided it was just too hot to be fooling around out there, so I came in to use the 'puter for a while.

I still don't notice any difference in my recalcitrant leg but my ability to work seems to be improved.

Ok I just re-read my last post and I'm thinking what's wrong with this picture! A 63 year old guy who has had PPMS for 16 years is outside digging with a shovel in 90 degree heat.

Hmmm, maybe the procedure has helped!

Great to hear it.

I have been out in the monster heat today myself. This 42 year old geezer is doing just fine. Amazing.
