As promised, we are reaching out to you to provide you with the latest details of our second annual National CCSVI conference entitled Exploring Frontiers in Neurovascular Health. Our conference will be held in Okotoks, Alberta (near Calgary) on Sunday September 30, 2012 from 9 AM to 5 PM.
