aspirin--is it what it's cracked up to be?

was told i should take 1 a day. sometimes i can get to feeling like chicken little--the sky is falling--which way do i go?

oops! thanks lyndacarol. with aspirin being told to take after ccsvi i thought this might be a better alternative.
