Fibronectin aggregation in multiple sclerosis lesions impairs remyelination.

Fibronectin gets into the brain through leakage from the blood. (And it can also be produced within the brain itself.)
One of the proposed effects of CCSVI is diapedesis or leakage of blood products across the blood-brain barrier.
Fibronectin impairs remyelination.
