Very interesting. It seems that the white matter lesions commonly classified as MS appear spontaneously sometimes. Some time ago Cheer found that they are normal in old people (leukoaraiosis) and now it seems that they are normal in pilots.

Should they be labeled MS and separated for normal treatment for other diseases?
