The link is to the full pdf article of a letter to the editor of the Iranian Journal of Neurology. "Can multiple sclerosis as a cognitive disorder influence patients' dreams?" Conclusion seems to be that dreaming is a cognitive function and since MS affects cognitive functions, it will also affect dreaming, and further studies should include dreaming as a sign of improvement or progression. It seems relevant to CCSVI because of the reports of improvements in dreaming after angioplasty.
