I inclined my bed yesterday and am hoping to see some changes. Or I should say my husband inclined the bed. I will post in 3 or 4 days to update on if anything is noticeable at that time. It was hard to adjust to sleeping last night. Hopefully tonight will be a little easier.

I HOPE IT WORKS for you. I tried it and it was like sliding down a hill all night long. I finally resorted to taping velcro on my ass and sewed the mating portion into the sheets. That way i was able to lay stationary. It just got too itchy.

Hi Muchkin, remember this is a long subtle therapy rather than a short term fix, takes around 2 weeks to settle in and the first week or so can be odd and even a little uncomfortable but you should notice increased body warmth shortly. Best wishes

Dear Friends,

I just created the petition "Inclined Bed Therapy (IBT) Trials In Hospitals" and wanted to ask if you could add your name too. The petition is asking for trials to be conducted to evaluate Inclined Bed Therapy.

This campaign means a lot to me and the more support we can get behind it, the better chance we have of succeeding. You can read more and sign the petition here:

https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/ ... -hospitals

Thank you!

Andrew

P.S. Can you also take a moment to share the petition with others? It's really easy – all you need to do is forward this email or share this link on Facebook or Twitter:

New Pathways Magazine for people with MS are running a follow up article. I have been asked for more testimonials from people using IBT who have ms. Now would be a good time to add your experience to the testimonials section on the IBT website:
If you or someone you know is using Inclined Bed Therapy, please provide us with a Testimonial at http://inclinedbedtherapy.com

Thank you for your help

Kind regards

Andrew
