Hi... sorry if this is posted elsewhere, but I searched a bit and couldn't find a definite answer...

The University of Buffalo press release (http://www.buffalo.edu/news/10562) indicates that the first part of their study will be unblinded sometime in November ... any ideas as to when exactly? Would love to be able to look forward to an exact date. :)

I participated in the study a few weeks ago so I do know that they will complete testing the first 500 subjects maybe this week and then stop to analyze the results and report on the results sometime in February. They will announce all this on their site: www.bnac.net.

They are still taking registrations for the next 1,200 subjects so if you can shuffle off to Buffalo, email Michelle at ctevd@bnac.net.

Very efficient start to finish. The airport is an easy one and just 15 minute cab ride to Buffalo General Hospital which has valet parking if you drive. The hospital is easy to manuever (I use a rollator) and not a lot of walking. You could get everything done in one day but I spread mine over two days. Those famous Buffalo Chicken Wings hail from nearby Anchor Bar.

The research they are doing will be THE research to give this CCSVI widespread credibility.

And please send them some dollars. Anything will help. They have a fund dedicated to their CTEVD study, and they need the money. Don’t let lack of funds stop or stall this study from being completed. Here’s the link -- http://www.bnac.net/?page_id=497. Scroll down to the last paragraph to make a donation on-line.
