watch your magnesium and calcium status on doses of d3 that high.. has anyone tested you for hypercalcaemia? your skeletal architecture is at stake here... do you take calcium and magnesium every day? how about zinc?

Yes, I did state in my post that my calcium levels have been checked and are normal, even with a high vit d level. Yes I take calcium magnesium and potassium (food based) 4 times a day. When I started to get "twitchy" it calms me down. And I take zinc also.

Thanks for your concern

actually what i read was that the calcium level was okay early on, but then the d3 levels went toxic - was wondering what happened to the calcium then. never mind tho, and you're welcome
