Scroll down and click on the PDF file of article 24 and it pops right up. I think.

I got the link by scrolling down the main page of the online Journal of Vascular Surgery, where it says "View Full Text in Science Direct."

We have a great public library system where I live and, if at all possible, the librarians can get most journal articles for free. I just turn in a request via Internet and in a couple of weeks the article appears in my email box. I am not permitted to copy of the article, however, once I receive it.

I am mentioning this because I am wondering if others have a public library that offers similar great service.

I noticed the $35 price too and thought I needed to get clever about getting the article for free.
