Hi All,
One more on board! Our diligence is paying off and some professionals are paying attention!
Back on October 29th I sent the following e-mail to Ann Boroch, author of the book, Healing Multiple Sclerosis, to see if I could get her slant on CCSVI, below is my e-mail and also her December Newsletter!!!!!
Hi Ann,
I purchased your book 2 years ago after seeing you on the Montel Show and have been on your Healing MS diet ever since and am starting to feel some improvements, albeit, not as fast as I’d like, lol. (Aren’t we all searching for the “Magic Cure”.) I continue to monitor web sites and news releases referring to MS and recently two have been of particular interest to me and I’d really like your opinion.
The first was a video where Montel Williams saw a chiropractor who does Atlas Orthogonal adjustments. Montel claims in the video to have had “almost instantaneous” relief from the pain in his legs and feet. Here’s the link to the video:

The second is the article about CCSVI, here’s a clip from it.
Possible New Underlying Cause Of MS Investigated By Neurologists
"Chronic cerebrospinal venous insufficiency," or CCSVI is a complex vascular condition discovered and described by Paolo Zamboni, M.D., from Italy's University of Ferrara. "Results of his preliminary study, which involved 16 relapsing-remitting MS patients and eight age-and-sex-matched healthy controls, showed that all the MS patients, but none of the controls, had chronic insufficient blood flow out of the brain." And here’s the link to the article: http://www.physorg.com/news174760709.html
There is a “This is MS” blog and it’s following the progress of a few MS patients that have already had CCSVI surgery by Dr Michael Dake at the Stanford University Hospital in California. The results are very promising.

Liberation Treatment For Multiple Sclerosis
There is a new discovery to what might be causing multiple sclerosis (MS). Dr. Paolo Zamboni, a former vascular surgeon and professor at the University of Ferrara in northern Italy has found higher iron levels in the brain clustered around the veins that drain blood from the head. The iron deposits have caused narrowing or blockages to blood flow to the brain. Zamboni dubbed the vein disorder CCSVI, or Chronic Cerebrospinal Venous Insufficiency.
His solution - a surgical treatment known as Liberation Treatment (like standard angiography but performed on the veins in the neck). Zamboni emphasizes that the Liberation Treatment does not make people in wheelchairs walk again. Rather, it seems to stop the development of further MS attacks, and in some cases, improves movement and decreases the debilitating fatigue that are the hallmarks of MS.
Even though the US and Canada are very skeptical about this finding and procedure I feel it is very viable to consider, especially for those that are more progressed. This can be a possible solution to halt the progression and eliminate some of the debilitating symptoms.
Dr. Zamboni doesn't exactly know why those with MS have this excess iron. I feel it has to do with lifestyle habits that create infection and inflammation in the body. Just as arteries in the heart get clogged so can the veins if poor nutrition, lack of exercise, excess heavy metal exposure, and stress are not neutralized.

(I find this exciting because this person makes their living from the diet book they sale, and if folks get surgery for their MS, they might not buy her book!! Way to go Ann, thanks for weighing in!!! And by the way I'm on her diet and it has helped my overall health.)
