We bought Zamboni's paper from the Journal of Vascular Surgery as soon as it was available. My husband also downloaded 2 videos that were "online extras". Well I can watch the videos. One looks like a doppler ultrasound movie and the other looks like maybe a blood vessel movie ? Did anyone else see these videos ? If so can you tell me what they are ?

I am bumping this because no one has responded and I am really curious about the two video clips. Am I the only person who downloaded them ?

I saw some videos as well - I do not know if we talk about same think, but yes, I saw the Doppler.

It is already somewhere on TIMS.

My husband bought the paper on Wednesday when it first came out. He paid $31.50 for it. When he downloaded the paper he noticed the "online extras". He downloaded them too. I have a copy on my desktop. When he bought the paper he signed an agreement to not distribute them. If I posted them we would violate the agreement. Perhaps CTV W5 could get permission to post them.

I just went to the Journal of Vascular Surgery website and can't get access to the page because I don't have a login. My hands are tied !! I wish I could show you all. Maybe cheerleader could pull some strings.

There are 2 short videos.

one looks like an ultrasound movie

The second looks like an movie of a pulsing vein maybe ?

Neither movie has any sound, grrrrrr.

I am sorry that is is all I can tell you. I thought more people would be aware of this. But we are one of the early ones who shelled out real money for the paper so we got the "online extras".

On the page that sunlounger gave, there was a link to another video, with no sound. Is this what was available when purchasing the article?

No, that's not either of the two videos I have. Golly I wish I could share them with you without the threat of copyright infringement. The two videos are without sound... one of them looks like a doppler ultrasound screen and the other looks like pumping blood maybe in a vein. I surely can't be the only person who has them, LOL.
