I: am back again, slept well (or maybe not too well because our half-year old woke up 3 times at night but surely ate well .
I read that one of the post-angioplasty side effects is nausea. That's what I've also had since yesterday morning. Fortunately it got lighter today. Hopefully it'll disappear by tomorrow evening.
Now to the questions and requests brought up in this thread.

Erika: unfortunately I didn't say hi from you to the staff. I think I was too nervous and simply forgot. I'm sorry. But I'm quite sure that they remember you as you were patient 2 .

Johnson: to be honest, I took only one teaspoon of that colloidal silver. Because I then realized that I in fact didn't know what it was. And googled some info, saw photos of those grey/silver people, got frightened and eventually resigned from taking it. Fortunately other ways helped and my throat stopped being sore on the 5th:).

colmmc and others: I don't know and haven't asked how many people were operated in Katowice. But on the CD that I got I could see "11/2010", guessing that I was eleventh this year. This, keeping in mind that they conduct the CCSVI angioplasty/stenting 2 or 3 days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and maybe Fridays, I don't know), should give an overview of their performance.


This morning I noticed that my spastics was lighter than usual. Unfortunately I had to revise that opinion when I left home. Maybe the snow scared me and made me stiff? There's a lot of snow here. A LOT. And still snowing. I don't like snow. Oh, how I hate snow...
I'm not surrendering though but hoping for improvements, if God allows.

Out of interest when they do the angio do they look right up at the top of the jugulars C1/C2?? Just wondering because Dr Dake's procedures seem to mostly be on that area of the jugulars.

Hmmm not quite sure. But when I'm watching the videos from the procedure I can see that they were really high. Not certain though if high enough to reach C1/C2. I'll make a .jpg and paste it here.

Although I can only guess what the pictures are showing, they are very interesting to me. Is the wire looking thing running up the neck, an instrument used during the surgery? Thanks for posting, and keeping us up to date. I'm looking forward to hearing more!

Yes, the wire is the probe using which the surgeon enters a balloon or stent in the desired place. The greyish color around is the dye running towards the heart (together with blood).

Hi greyman!. On my wife CD is number 10/2010!
She was operated half an hour before you!!!
She had patologic valve in left jugular vein and stenosis right jugular vein. Balloon angioplasty on both side was done.

Now she feel fine. Less fatigue, better bladder, less spasticity.

Congrats on your surgery going well. This is all just amazing. In the pictures you posted, is the stenosis visible? Is there a specific area to look at?

I know what you mean about the snow, and the cold. Shudder.

I'm glad that you Googled colloidal silver, but more glad that your throat is better. Over-use/mis-use of CS can certainly turn one's skin permanently blue or grey. Too bad you saw the scary pics! Don't throw it away, though, it is good to use topically, and you can always mix some with a small amount of water and gargle for sore throat, without swallowing it.

Anyhow, I hope that you are well on your way to a complete recovery!

Yeah, too bad we never got the chance to meet. But the numbers on the CD clearly say which patients we were this year!

So happy for you Adam. . The Image was good to see.
Did the doctor say why balloons for you and not stents? Or was this your choice to have the balloons? instead of the stents or do they assess what is better for each patient? . Can you honestly see instant results? I hope you keep getting improvments please post as you see them will encourage all of us readers to get tested and liberated.
