CCSVI protocol for CT scans with contrast???

Hello,
Is there a CCSVI protocol for CT scans of the neck (jugular veins) and of the chest (azygos vein)? I have searched with no success.
I ask this in light of beechwood297's CT scans (with contrast) that clearly show a missing left jugular and what appears to be a C-1 vertebral extension pinching his right jugular: http://www.thisisms.com/ftopict-8515.html
Btw, I do understand that the radiation exposure of CT scans is high.
Thank you very much. Happy New Year to everyone!
