... Cheerleader, to your 2500th (st?) post. I can't remember any of them being off the track, but many of them being long and very informative.

As far as I can remember you once wrote that you promise you'll never write a book about it. Well, that's ok - and I'm really looking forward to the next volume of your ENCYCLOPEDIA.

Cheers

Cah

THANK YOU

Oh man, 2500???? Really???....I am half way to being bob.
Yeah, I do get a bit long winded, but that's only because I type 6000 words a minute. sigh. Maybe I need to get a real job like Marie has, huh? :)
Thanks for marking this dubious honor, guys.
Now I'm going out for a walk!

I didn't mean long winded...

Just meant detailed.

In fact I'm often marveled pretty much about how precise your posts are in length - and words. Not too much and not too little. I think they actually could really be put in a book pretty much as they are.

If you think it was meant dubious in any way then you really got me wrong.

And who needs a job if (s)he's got a mission? :)

Cheer, you've done an amazing job on this site and off as well! We are all grateful, and I hope that you have the stamina to keep it up for a while - even though I realize that this is a volunteer position for you! I wish that our gratitude could fill your coffers!

Yes, Joan --- I need to ditto Marie.... you could have moved on -- I have a feeling though you are the type of personality that needs to see all the loose ends wrapped up neat and tidy before you claim a project is completed. You are an amazing source of comfort and reason to so many who are looking for answers.
:) :)

Joan,
Adding my ditto and thanks. Thanks for the hard work! Trying to get adjusted to fb. It's new for me and feel like an old dog trying to learn new tricks. And I was just getting comfortable with e-mail. Facebook is kind of like "Mr. Roger's Neighborhood" in cyberspace.

thanks, ladies. I really do appreciate the support. And I was only teasing, cah. I appreciate your kind words. You're right, Sharon. I'm all about follow-thru...and I'll feel a lot better when there's more research published and more scientific evidence. It's been a long, eventful year. Jeff's still great, working too much, but wide awake and stable. He's home now, time to go. Night!

I would like to recognize your efforts, and appreciate your dedication as well. Your husband is a very lucky man to have you advocate for him, and I think that we are all very lucky here for your continuing efforts.

My brain has not been working well lately - usually I can much more eloquent, but I hope to have said what I feel.

Thanks to you, Ms. Joan.

Dear Joan!
Congratulation!
You know that you have not only saved me but many others as I could start it in Poland, because I read many of your posts and you gave me Dr. Simka`s contact.
THANK YOU!
Erika

I never got around to thanking you. If it weren’t for this forum and your wonderfully informative posts, my life would have taken a very different course. I and many others owe you so much.
The fact that your efforts which were born out of the love for your husband have touched so many, fills my heart and has renewed my faith in human nature.
Thank you!

Hear Hear Cheer!

The posts above said it all in better ways than I can express, but I like to thank you as well for all your hard work.

I just read your respond on Facebook to the National Post article and that made me smile a lot. So elegant and so not trashing them, but still...ruthless! That is a great skill! Please let us enjoy more of those treasures for a long time.

You are an inspiration.

Thanks from the Netherlands, where you have inspired a group of MS patients to fight the system and look for ways to convince the establishment to consider CCSVI as a serious option as a cause for MS.

Thanks. and Go Go Go!

Inge

Good Job you are doing, Cheerleader!

And another capital THANK YOU from the Netherlands. For all your hard labour in posts on TIMS, giving clear and understandable comments. And now for your excellent reply on that rubbish article in the Nationalpost.

When I read the articles of the Nationalpost, I could only say: crap journalism, not giving facts or well thought arguments, just painting a bad picture based on an opinion. I even thought by myself: who or what company funded this article?

Your reply was a very balanced, profound answer on that article. It gave the right arguments that swept the floor with the ones given in the article (as far as you can speak of 'arguments'). Your reply pinpointed exactly the holes (or was it just one big hole?) in the story.

And as finished cherry on the pie: giving a short background on mr. Corcoran: he has financial background and none medical whatsoever.

Well, thank you again for all your work for this community. Your good work draws the attention all around the world!

William
