Driving Directions
Our store is conveniently located close to the Eltingville train station, the Staten Island S79, S48, X1 and other public transportation.
If you are driving South from Hyland Blvd make a right on Richmond Ave, you will be able to find us on the right hand side after Eltingville Blvd. If you are driving north on Hyland Blvd make a right at Richmond Ave and follow the same directions.
We are off exit 7-Richmond Avenue on I-278, take the exit and make a right if you are driving north on I-278 or left if you are driving south. Follow Richmond Ave, you can find us right after the street light on Silvia St on the left hand side.

Awesome thanks. My bf actually stopped somewhere (not gnc) on his way home from work and he picked up Kal brand magnesium glycinate, is that brand good?

ok sounds good :)

two things. i) do take it on an empty stomach, but take a snack after. and, ii) don't take it immediately before lying down.

basically you don't want it hanging out in your stomach for too long. you want it pushed down into your intestine, where magnesium is meant to be absorbed. and you don't want it getting bound up with other foods so that absorption is impaired.
