Hi everyone, my name is Hayley. I'm in a diagnoses limbo right now and feeling rather lost. I'm 25, and I was first sent to my neuro to investigate random fainting spells that happen every 6 months or so. We did an MRI with contrast and found 10 or so white spots on the brain. ANA blood tests were positive for an auto-immune disease, so Lupus has been thrown around too. But my evoked potential tests look fine. Now I'm waiting to schedule another MRI of my spine, as well as more detailed bloodwork. I have been suffering from extreme fatigue, but other than that none of the classic MS symptoms involving my eyesight, gait, etc. Has anyone else been here? I am scared to make any big life decisions until I have a diagnosis. In some ways it will be relief to at least know something, good or bad. Is it possible that the brain lesions and other things could amount to nothing?
